At a time that I was going through extreme depression, health issues, ongoing cPTSD and trauma, and I had given up on everything, crystal singing bowls came to my attention just when I needed them most and I found myself going back to my science roots and passion for using frequencies for healing. I knew it was the missing bridge to what I needed to not only start my own healing journey, but something I could genuinely share to help others walking their own paths too.
