I am Selina, the founder and CEO of THRIVE MBS (Mind, Body & Soul) Enterprises, LLC. In 2018, I started THRIVE after listening to a 30-year "calling" to be a servant leader, advocate, and guiding light for those who have lost their voice, health, sense of self, or even lost their way in life—all of which I have experienced firsthand. I understand what it feels like to live with fear, worry, anger, and to struggle with feelings of sadness, unhappiness, unworthiness, guilt, and shame. My healing journey began with acknowledging my story, taking the time to reflect and forgive, and engaging in the “heart” work and “soul” care. Today, I gently nurture a healthy mind, body, and soul. Each day, I focus on building strong relationships, including forgiveness, with Divine, myself, and others—relationships rooted in vulnerability-based trust, TRUTH, and LOVE. At THRIVE Wellness Center, I support individuals on their life’s journey, helping them achieve wellness, well-being, and realize their goals and dreams, thereby restoring grace, gratitude, joy, peace, compassion, and LOVE. The energy and sound modalities we offer clients include Massage, Reiki energy, Sound & Vibration Therapy, Meditation, Yin Yoga, Tai Chi, VibroAcoustic Lounger, Spiritual Coaching, Workshops, Wellness Retreats, and cutting-edge technologies: The Light System and The BioCharger.
