  • My formal journey into energy and sound healing began in 2024, when I started practicing Reiki in April and completed my sound healing certifications through Life Changing Energy in May. Yet in many ways, this path feels as though it has been unfolding throughout my entire life.

Today, I am the founder of Aha Moments, where I serve as an Energy Alchemist, Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Journey Guide, Crystal Practitioner, and Certified Life, Transformation & Mindset Coach. My practice blends sound, Reiki, energy, intuition, meditation, and heart-centered guidance to create deeply immersive experiences that help people quiet the outside noise, regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and remember the wisdom already within them.

My Sound Journeys are intuitive and multidimensional, incorporating crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drums, chimes, tuning forks, and other vibrational instruments. Rather than simply “playing bowls,” I allow each experience to unfold organically, responding to the energy of the room and the people within it.

What began as my own journey of self-discovery has grown into a calling to create spaces where others can slow down, release, reconnect, and experience their own Aha Moment. For me, this is more than a practice—it is a lifelong journey of learning how energy, vibration, presence, and love can help us return to ourselves.

  • This is a difficult question for me, because at my core, I believe we are all healers. I believe we each carry the ability to grow, transform, and create change within ourselves when we become willing to look inward.

I learned that through my own healing journey.

Throughout my life, I have experienced many challenges — sudden loss of loved ones, single parenthood, heartbreak, and eventually a relationship that became what I now see as a karmic soul catalyst. It pushed me into what many call the dark night of the soul.

At the time, so much of what was happening around me made no sense. But eventually I asked myself one very important question: Who is the common denominator in everything happening in my life?

    The answer was me.

I realized I could not control or change everyone and everything around me. The only person I truly had the power to change was myself.

And that is where my healing journey really began.

I dove deeply into mindfulness, self-love, neuroscience, spirituality, personal growth, and the power of awareness. I read, watched, studied, questioned, practiced, and learned everything I could. I began observing my thoughts, my words, my patterns, and the stories I had been telling myself.

I learned that what we practice grows. That our perceptions shape our reality. That neurons that fire together wire together. That awareness gives us choice. That we can learn to become present instead of constantly living in the past or fearing the future.

And I learned that self-love is not something we simply say — it is something we practice.

I am still practicing all of these things today.

Eventually, my own transformation created a desire to help others discover the same possibilities within themselves. That was my Aha Moment.

I became a life coach because I wanted to take everything I had learned and make it understandable and usable for someone else. I never wanted people to feel that they needed me forever. I wanted to help them build their own toolbox so they could trust themselves, support themselves, and eventually become their own guide.

Then Reiki became another tool in my toolbox.

Energy fascinated me immediately. And because I am someone who loves to understand things deeply, I began exploring everything I could — our biofield, the nervous system, emotion, consciousness, energy, vibration, the sun, plasma, physics, spirituality, and the many different ways ancient wisdom and modern science attempt to understand the unseen parts of our existence.

And I absolutely fell in love with it.

Sound became another natural extension of that journey because I have always loved music and the physical feeling of vibration moving through my body. When I listen to certain sounds, I do not just hear them — I feel engulfed by them.

Today, I love creating Sound Journeys using many different instruments and textures of vibration, blending them intuitively and infusing the experience with Reiki to create another layer of connection and support. I continue to study the history, traditions, emerging science, and research surrounding sound and vibration, from ancient cultures to the work being explored today.

The more I practice, the more I learn to trust my intuition, speak authentically, listen deeply, and grow into the abilities that once felt unfamiliar to me.

I also believe that the deeper we are willing to heal ourselves, the more authentically we can hold space for another person. People can often feel when someone is truly present with them.

Looking back, I am incredibly grateful even for the dark night of the soul that once felt impossible to understand. I now believe that those experiences became part of the path my soul chose to walk.

They taught me how to forgive myself and others.

They taught me to question the old stories running my life and consciously create new ones.

They taught me how to stop allowing fear, conditioning, and the voices in my head to be the CEO of my life — and to reclaim that position for myself.

Most importantly, they taught me that I am both the student and the teacher, and I hope I remain both for the rest of my life.

If there is one thing that could make me worthy of being called Healer of the Year, it is not because I believe I have the power to heal another person.

It is because I believe deeply in helping people remember that the healer already exists within them.

My calling is to create spaces where people can reconnect with that part of themselves — through sound, Reiki, mindfulness, self-love, presence, education, and experience — and to give them tools they can carry long after they leave me.

Because when one person learns how to heal, love, forgive, and understand themselves more deeply, they carry that energy into their families, their relationships, their communities, and every soul they encounter.

That is the ripple I hope to create.

And for the path that brought me here, I am truly blessed.
