  • I am a conscious creative, certified sound healer, qigong instructor, stilt-walker, and aerial yoga instructor based near Sault Ste. Marie, ON, Canada. Sounds of Change™ is an evidence-informed sound frequency practice grounded in the science of nervous system regulation. I hold a BSc. in Molecular Biology and Genetics and I bring the same mindfulness I applied to science into understanding why these practices work.



    Whether I'm offering my magic through my crystal bowls or up on stilts, my greatest joy is in restoring balance and harmony through movement and sound.

  • My journey began with aiming to heal myself, and has progressed to bringing my science background to a field that had interested me for years, but was too far ahead if it's time back when I was in school: the ability to use frequency to influence cellular health and DNA structure. My life has come full circle now as many years later I discovered singing bowls in my own healing journey and their perfect connection to the science I already understood. Something I am especially pleased to offer, living in a more northern climate, is the ability to offer my sessions live online. I have a full stereo sound recording setup with exceptional quality to ensure the vibrations of my instruments comes through clearly, even over speakers or headphones. I love being able to offer my sessions online because they are accessible to people who have mobility issues - either for health reasons or because of extreme winter conditions that simply make travel impossible, or difficult at best. It's possible to have a beautiful community, even if we don't meet in person - live online is the next best thing and I am grateful to be able to accommodate those beautiful people for whom travel is a challenge, for whatever reason.
