Healer of the Year - Contender

Stony Point Massage - Kimiyo

Public Name: Stony Point Massage - Kimiyo

About The Contestant: I'm a NY-licensed massage therapist and business owner of Stony Point Massage. Over the last few years, a few sound healers came to my office to host sound bath classes and got totally frustrated because they didn't understand how to put energy into manifesting in reality. This is pretty much my pattern. I get frustrated with something and step up into the position. I took a Sound Healing course with Life Changing Energy, got my beautiful crystal singing bowl set from them a month before my first class, and I practiced every single day for 30 minutes. My first class was July 19 this year, and I host one sound bath class each month.
Skills: Certified Sound Healer, NY-licensed massage therapist, and Taichi instructor
What makes you the healer of the year?: My work is not feel-good practice. I have helped many people through my massage, sound healing, and Taichi class for over 12 years. Through massage, I helped people with real problems - sciatica, frozen shoulders, back issues, vertigo, headaches, etc. And through sound healing, I helped them find inner peace, mind and body harmony, stress relief, etc, and through taichi, I helped my students maintain mobility, flexibility and balance.
