I believe what makes me a healer is not simply the work I do, but the heart and intention behind it. My journey has always been connected to music, service, and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
As a trained flutist, music educator, and sound healer, I have spent much of my life exploring the power of sound to connect, comfort, and inspire. Over time, that passion evolved into a calling to use sound as a tool for rest, reflection, and healing. Through my practice, I create intentional spaces where people can pause from the demands of everyday life, release some of what they have been carrying, and reconnect with themselves.
One of the most meaningful experiences in my journey was providing sound baths for children at Mending Hearts Camp, a camp serving children who have experienced the loss of one or both parents. Those experiences reminded me that healing does not always require words. Sometimes, what people need most is a space where they can simply exist, feel supported, and experience a moment of peace.
My work is still growing, and I recognize that I am growing alongside it. But I believe there is something powerful about showing up with a genuine heart, using the gifts you have been given, and being willing to serve even when the impact may not be immediately visible.
To me, being a healer is not about having all the answers or claiming to fix anyone. It is about creating opportunities for people to reconnect with their own strength, honoring the humanity in every person I serve, and using my gifts to make healing feel a little more accessible.
That is the calling I continue to answer, and that is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
