  • I first experienced sound healing in my Yoga Teacher Training in 2017, and finally purchased my own 7 set from LCE in 2021 where I was actively hosting sound baths for my community, something very new and undone before in the past. Fast forward to today and I am four months post partum and finally have played a few sound baths for my pregnant mothers and feel that is a direction I moving into vs just open to the community, both are necessary for proper healing. But I realized the lack of healing opportunities for pregnant mothers and want to give back to that special group. Sound Healing has become my avenue as my life has changed because of the music and the ability to sit and allow my atoms to heal from a molecular level and give that back to the humans around me. We, now, live and raise our children in the countryside of Portugal where we are renovating a small farm to creat into an agrotourism location - where i plan to bring healers and teachers from all over the world to share their gifts. One being the ability to heal others through the sound bowls I purchased 4 years ago through LCE and have already heard time and again, how much people enjoyed the experience and walked away feeling much lighter (and with better sleep).

Helping and healing those in our close vicinity and offering the same services to those who can come from afar. Understanding that healing is necessary at a molecular level through sound frequency, in stillness.
