I feel truly blessed to have the ability to bring a sense of calm and comfort to people during some of the darkest moments of their lives, particularly when experiencing the loss of a loved one. Over time, I have learned to channel this gift into my sound bath practice.
Throughout my three years as a practitioner, my intention has remained the same: to create a peaceful space where people can disconnect from the outside world, quiet their minds, and find a moment of stillness and peace.

As a Funeral Director and Embalmer of three decades, I have come to understand that grief can make your world feel as though it has suddenly stood still, while simultaneously everything around you continues to move at hyper speed.
In the midst of helping families honor their loved ones, I often found myself gently reminding my clients that they are allowed to pause, breathe, and tend to their own needs.
The last three years as a sound bath practioner, I felt compelled in sharing permissions we've forgotten along the way. “You don’t have to answer the phone just because it rings.” "You are allowed time for yourself. You are allowed to breathe and feel, absorb, and even release.
These personal theories have become the very heart of Desire Harmony Retreats and my sound bath philosophy. Encouraging me to create even more opportunities for Intentional Stillness. Seperating ourselves from the distractions being hurled at us for a moment of stillness. A moment to breathe, perhaps a moment of peace.
