  • I am Loraine Lennon, founder of Echoes of Eden Sound Sanctuary in South Florida, a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Reiki Master practicing since 2025. My work brings together sound, Reiki, guided meditation, gentle breathwork and intention setting to offer a peaceful space for rest and self-reflection.

I have a special heart for women of color and women who have spent years caring for everyone but themselves. Through private sessions and community circles, I invite people to come as they are to feel safe, seen, valued and honored. My practice is rooted in faith, compassion and the belief that everyone deserves a place to exhale.
  • Certified Sound Healing Practitioner; Reiki Master; Guided Meditation; Gentle Breathwork; Mindfulness and Grounding Practices; Crystal Intention Setting; Women’s Circle Facilitation.
  • Pain awakened my purpose. After years of working, caring for others, and pushing through exhaustion, I began to understand how deeply we need spaces where we can stop carrying everything and simply be supported. That understanding became the heart of Echoes of Eden Sound Sanctuary.

I bring my lived experience, faith, training, and compassionate presence to this work. Through sound, Reiki, meditation and intentional circles, I create opportunities for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and make room for their own needs. I am especially called to serve women of color and women who are accustomed to being the strong one the caregiver, the provider, the person everyone depends on.

The heart of my offering is simple: You are safe here. You are seen here. You are valued here. You belong here. I want those words to be reflected in how I listen, welcome people, respect their boundaries and honor their individual journeys.

My practice is still growing, but I believe meaningful service begins with showing up wholeheartedly for the person in front of you. I do not see myself as someone who fixes others. I offer a space that honors their dignity, their choices, and their capacity for renewal.

Being Healer of the Year would be an opportunity to bring greater visibility to this calling and reach more people who need a place to exhale. Pain awakened my purpose, and I intend to steward it well.
